We offer a 30-day return policy for the Flashforge Adventurer 5M to ensure you are completely satisfied with your 3D printing experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and tools to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team through our portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and troubleshooting assistance.

• 2.
  Prepare the Printer

  Secure the print head, remove any loaded filament, and pack the Adventurer 5M securely in its original foam inserts and box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the printer's condition and hardware integrity, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
